A leading telecoms company are looking to recruit a customer services receptionist to join their team. The Customer Services/Receptionist will be responsible for customer facing activities. The role will involve handling customer queries regarding services and accounts via telephone, e-mail and face to face, as well as receiving payments from customers. Some clerical/administration work will also be involved. Applicants should have good communication skills, experience in handling customers and an understanding of Internet services. Good organisational skills and experience in MS Office (including Outlook, Word and Excel) are also required.
