Investment Adviser (German & French Fluency) ? Private Banking - Gibraltar

A very interesting opportunity has arisen with Gibraltar?s leading Private Bank for an Investment Advisor with German and French Language skills The main function of this role is to provide added value to High Net Worth clients by analysing and optimising their portfolios so that individual preferences and investment goals are taken into account and achieved. Duties Client Services and Investment Focus

? Prepare investment proposals for clients working in conjunction with Senior Relationship Managers.

? Handle client correspondence and enquiries/requests. Support/Executions

? Develop full system knowledge to enable fast and accurate inputting/handling of client requests.

? Be engaged in the ongoing analysis of work flows and procedures. Business Development

? Research prospect client and introducer networks with Senior Relationship Manager in appropriate client and market segment.

? Deputise on clients and seek opportunities to promote services and products as discussed with Senior Relationship Manager (and in turn help business targets to be achieved). Compliance

? Ensure compliance with all internal & regulatory requirements for due diligence & Know-Your-Client and monitor account activity to prevent Money Laundering Various

? Conduct special projects as assigned by Team Head and Head of Front Office in conjunction with Senior Relationship Manager.

? Assist with activity and marketing reports.

? Monitor and clear current account debit/credit balances.

? Handle corporate actions, liaising with clients as necessary.

? Assist in the opening and closing of accounts.
