Payment Fraud Administrator ? Gibraltar

Our client is one of the UK's leading soft gaming operator?s and is about to launch an operation in Gibraltar.
They currently have a requirement for a Payment Fraud Administrator to join the team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities

 Reviewing and monitoring member account registration, deposit and withdrawal transactions.
 Identification of suspicious and fraudulent transactions, managing KYC process.
 Liaising with clients and banks regarding payment transactions.
 Responding to and challenging potential chargeback transactions.
 Processing debit / credit card, bank, cheque and eWallet payment transactions in a timely manner in accordance with the company fraud / risk policy.
 Timely response to daily finance and client support queries.
 Complete a variety of account and payment administration tasks relating to these issues.
 You will be responsible for the checking of outgoing and ingoing financial transactions, with the primarily focus on card / eWallet deposits made into new accounts.

 English essential; a second major European language would be highly advantageous

Qualifications and Experience

 A Level Standard
 At least one years experience in online gaming / betting industry, customer service, banking/ finance administration or online business services.
 Understanding of card payment system, eWallet solutions, Card Not Present Fraud, Chargeback process and other payment fraud / finance related issues.
 IT Skills -Advanced Microsoft Office skills especially Excel and Access.
