IT Project Manager – Gibraltar

A leading Gibraltar based innovative and creative agency at the forefront of web technology have an opportunity for a Project Manager to lead the design team.

Key responsibilities and accountability's:

• Meeting with prospective clients to determine if the company will approve or rejects the project
• Providing the company’s clients with outstanding customer care, while serving as their point of contact
• Assigning and managing work loads between programming and graphic design teams
• Ensuring work completed by teams meet predefined standards, as a measure of quality control
• Troubleshooting programming and graphic design issues
• Ensuring teams are implementing methods outlined in the company’s Operations Manual
• Tracking performance indicators and implementing changes when missing marks
• Keeping team morals high
• Serving as a liaison between programmers/graphic design teams, and Managing Director
• Highly organized, ability to multi-task efficiently and work well under pressure; as well as, demonstrate creativity with regards to presence with client, have basic knowledge of sales strategies, and ability to lead a quality producing/efficient team
• Proven experience in leading a team and sales achievement; as well as, programming and graphic design experience preferred
