IT Project Manager ? Gibraltar

A leading Gibraltar based innovative and creative agency at the forefront of web technology have an opportunity for a Project Manager to lead the design team.

Key responsibilities and accountability's:

? Meeting with prospective clients to determine if the company will approve or rejects the project
? Providing the company?s clients with outstanding customer care, while serving as their point of contact
? Assigning and managing work loads between programming and graphic design teams
? Ensuring work completed by teams meet predefined standards, as a measure of quality control
? Troubleshooting programming and graphic design issues
? Ensuring teams are implementing methods outlined in the company?s Operations Manual
? Tracking performance indicators and implementing changes when missing marks
? Keeping team morals high
? Serving as a liaison between programmers/graphic design teams, and Managing Director
? Highly organized, ability to multi-task efficiently and work well under pressure; as well as, demonstrate creativity with regards to presence with client, have basic knowledge of sales strategies, and ability to lead a quality producing/efficient team
? Proven experience in leading a team and sales achievement; as well as, programming and graphic design experience preferred
