Senior Blast Engineer

Senior Blast Engineer - A Senior Blast Engineer is required to join one of the UK's most progressive Engineering Design practices. They are leaders in designing for Security, Sustainability and Safety projects, and are part of a PLC with a turnover in excess of ?4 Billion.

Your role will be to help design buildings to resist the effects of explosion and blast. This will be a client facing role, where you will assist them with developing a project brief to meet their requirements. You will also be responsible for delivering blast engineering designs which meet the relevant standards, and leading teams of engineers and other technical staff. Strong communication skills are a must, as you will delivering verbal and written presentations and reports to both internal and external clients.

To be considered for this Senior Blast Engineer role, you will need to MIStructE or MICE and should be chartered.
