A charity based in west London are looking to recruit an Operations Manager, this is a permanent position with an immediate start. The role will involve a mixture of Finance, Office and Facilities management.
Job Specification:
-To take responsibility for the general administrative management of the charity.
-To maintain health and safety policy and ensuring office safety.
-To act as the first point of contact for daily financial transactions and enquiries.
Person Specification:
-Previous proven office management experience.
-Working knowledge of current health and safety regulations.
-Project management experience.
-Proven financial administration skills.
-Previous experience in managing a busy and varied work load.
