Accounting Manager

Market Research Firm seeks a highly motivated and talented Accounting to fill our office.

Responsibilities include :
- General ledger journal entries

- General ledger to sub-ledger accounts reconciliation

- Bank reconciliations

- Analysis and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and related journal entries

- Analysis of various income statement accounts

- Quarterly roll-forward reporting of assigned accounts

- Preparation and distribution of daily cash reporting

- Maintenance of department - Maintain fixed assets including additions, disposals & depreciation/amortization

- Ensure all time cards are entered, approved, and posted

- Upload monthly international trial balances as requested

- Special projects as assigned

Education & Experience:

- Two year accounting degree plus two years work experience in general ledger

- Intermediate Excel

- Working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook

- Familiarity with Windows-based accounting systems

- Experience working with public reporting companies
