Investment Administration Officer

Eden Brown are working with a financial organisation who are in need of a Investment Administration Officer

This is a newly established role which sits within the Investment & Risk function of the business

As the IAO you will have a great deal of exposure to the various European jurisdictions that the Group operates within

Given the growth in the organisation over the past 2 years, the requirement for a dedicated analyst has arisen to support a team of 5.

The successful candidate will display a great deal of attention to detail, as well as strong numerical ability, have strong communication skills and be very organised.
You will also need to have a sound knowledge of MS Office software including Excel & Access

It would be helpful if you have some relevant, previous experience which may be from within a Group Finance and Administration function or from an Investment Bank or Fund group.

You must have experience within -

o Asset purchase reconciliation

o Data reconciliation & cleansing

o Managing weekly and monthly administration and reporting processes for existing and future transactions

o Assistance in Investment monitoring through the preparation of ad-hoc performance reporting on existing assets

o Liaison with the Group Finance and Operational functions
