Salary ?20,000 - ?22,000 dependant on experience

A systematic and meticulous Production Administrator is urgently required for an immediate start at our City of London office.

You will be joining a well established and expanding Health & Safety consultancy.
Working as a key member of a small team, you will be responsible for ensuring that data has been loaded accurately and on time. You will then e-mail clients that the information is available. You will also deal with clients telephone enquiries.

Accountabilities & job elements

> Update, monitor, amend and produce data set reports
> Produce reports and distribute via email, hard copies, pdf upload to HSSmart and interactive upload
> Field all Production queries
> Answer incoming calls
> Meeting daily, weekly and monthly distribution targets
> Ensuring completed work is returned according to SLAs
