The Company:

Our client, a successful international company is recruiting for a Dutch speaking Customer Service Technician to work in their offices in Surrey/West Sussex.

The Role:

The role involves the resolution of customer issues, managing questions and queries via telephone and email. You will have to ensure that all issues are escalated and resolved accordingly and accurately. Further responsibilities include general administrative tasks such as submitting FAQs to the helpdesk supervisor as well as reporting product defects to the development team.

Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will be fluent in Dutch and English and has very good communication and interpersonal skills. An outstanding technical ability along with a team focussed approach to work is fundamental. Furthermore, you possess a positive and forward- thinking work ethic, are self-motivated and flexible to dynamic work demands.

Salary/Additional Information:

The salary for this position will be ?16,000 to 17,000 pa, depending on experience and skills.
