The Company:

International Language Communications (ILC Ltd) is a leading Recruitment Agency specialising in the recruitment of candidates with language skills. We are looking to continue our expansion and to build on our phenomenal success with the appointment of a Recruitment Resourcer to be based in our offices in central London.

The Role:

The position is responsible for supporting one of our senior consultants and is a very important role within our highly successful team. This is a unique opportunity to work within a niche sector within the language recruitment market and to receive training, support and development from some of the industry's top recruitment professionals. Duties include:

- High volume telephone calling to generate suitable candidates as well as conducting initial screening of potential candidates for short listing
- Conducting extensive database searches
- Drawing up job descriptions and job specifications; advertising vacancies as appropriate
- High volume e-mailing, sending out job descriptions, confirming interviews and sending out interview preparation material as well as providing interview feedback to candidates
- Conducting reference and ID and work eligibility checks
- General ad hoc duties as required by the consultant alongside general administrative and support tasks

There is plenty of scope for the right candidate to develop the role into that of Consultant in their own right - involving all stages of the sales cycle from business development, account management through to closing the sale.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for someone eager to get into recruitment, someone with passion, integrity and not afraid of hard work. You will be intelligent, personable, and thrive on working in a team environment that is results orientated.

You must have previous experience of working with business customers over the telephone and not be afraid or reluctant to make calls. You will enjoy the fast pace and people contact.

You must be highly organised and possess a good working knowledge of MS Office, Internet and E-mail. You should be able to demonstrate genuine reasons for wanting a career in recruitment. Foreign language skills would also be an advantage.

Salary/Additional Information:

The salary for this position would be £16,000. There will be bonuses and incentives for top performers.
