Skin Centre Manager

Located in Ealing Lifespa is an award winning skin care centre, offering the highest level of skin care and therapies in a contemporary yet exquisite environment.

An opportunity is now available for a Manager to join Lifespa. The ideal candidate will have been working within the beauty industry for over 2 years within a management role, and have a successful proven track record in retail and service sales. You must be personally driven and be able to lead, train and motivate a team of therapists. The ability to set and meet targets, along with understanding and producing sales analysis reports is essential to this role. You must have key operational skills and be confident in HR, Admin, staff rota’s, marketing and budgeting. Strong computer skills are fundamental. Articulate verbal and written skills are necessary to professionally represent our team. An advantage would be to have worked with Dermalogica or Elemis previously, and have some knowledge of Premier spa.

The right candidate will demonstrate the ability to make clear decisions under pressure in a fast paced environment; can create an open and fun employee environment conducive to learning; be able to communicate effectively within a variety of settings. And have real passion for the industry.
