This large 4 bedroom villa is situated in a residential area on the favoured east side of Nerja. The public tennis courts, public indoor heated pool, sports arena, large supermarket and small cluster of bars and restaurants are all just a few minutes walk away while the town of Nerja and Burriana beach are around a 20 minute walk.

The villa sits in its own spacious grounds, which are made up of large lawned areas, trees and shrubs; the large pool is situated at the front of the house.
The living accommodation is on two floors; on entering you arrive into a large hall with curved staircase leading to the first floor.On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge/dining area with open fireplace, sofas and easy chairs, satellite TV, a large dining table and chairs and patio doors lead to a large terrace/balcony. Also on this level, just off from the lounge there is a double bedroom and shower room with wash hand basin and toilet.
The kitchen is fully fitted with modern conveniences, ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a breakfast table and chairs. From the utility room (with cooking facilities) there is access to a further terrace with BBQ.
Upstairs there are two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a fully fitted bathroom and a large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and separate toilet, from this bedroom there are patio doors leading to a large terrace/balcony, which overlooks the pool and garden.
