Large detached 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa arranged over 3 floors. The layout of the holiday rental villa offers separate living accommodation and is therefore ideal for adults or families with grown up children.

On the main floor there is an open plan kitchen, fully fitted for self catering and including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, iron.

Comfortably furnished lounge / dining room to accommodate 6 with log fire, dvd, video, cd, satellite TV.

Outside at this level there is a delightful terrace with garden furniture,

On the first floor are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en suite). Master bedroom with double bed and second bedroom with twins. Doors to further terraces with table and chairs and superb sea and mountain views.

At the pool level there is a separate apartment with bedroom with 2 twin beds / living room and bathroom. The apartment leads out on to the part covered terrace and then to the pool. Around the pool is a large terrace area with superb views, sunbeds and parasols.

The villa also benefits from BBQ, parking, heating in winter, cot bed for baby and camp bed for 7th person. Bed linen and towels provided. Hair dryer.

Villa Del Mundo is situated in the Nerja Golf area on the favoured east side of Nerja. It is less than 10 minutes walk to burriana beach and around 15/20 minutes walk into the town of Nerja.
