PART TIME PA/Secretary/Office Manager - Gibraltar

A unique opportunity has presented itself in Gibraltar working for an insurance company. The company specialises in claims handling and loss adjusting and has been in operation for more than 15 years. The vacancy that has arisen is a Part Time PA/Secretary/Office Manager with the potential to go full time. You will have to be bi-lingual in Spanish and English both written and verbal and have worked in a similar role before for at least 2 years. Previous experience in an Insurance Based company would be advantageous but not essential. In order to be successful for the role you will have to be well organised, confident with people face to face and on the phone, motivated and reliable. Part of the role entails overseeing the office in the Managements absence so a hands on approach would be required.
